Beer & Lawn Games Fundraiser

A special fundraiser event for young adults to benefit The ITE Project Apostolate. 

Join us for an evening of games and drinks with some of our favorite priests! We'll have lawns games, snow cones AND an inflatible obstacle course. Oh, yes. We're putting the FUN in fundraiser. There will also be a raffles for some Super Prizes!

Proceeds go to funding the growth and continued mission of The ITE Project. Our monthly events (Fireside Chats, Adoremus, Hikes, Social events) are free and your participation in this fundraiser helps to keep them at no cost!

With your ticket you get a cookout meal ( GF & vegetarian options available); 1 drink ticket; inflatables, yard games and a free gift! *Additional alchoholic drinks will be available for purchase such as beer, hard cider, hard seltzer, etc.*

Tickets are $30 per ticket or, with a donation of $15/month for 6 months you can attend for free AND continue to support The ITE Project Apostalate! Please write "fundraiser" in the comment section.

We also have raffle tickets available both online AND at the event for some Super Prizes! (Raffle tickets sales close at noon on Friday, July 23rd)

• The FEST Package: 2 parking passes for THE FEST, 4 admission tickets, meet & greet passes for the bands, backstage passes and FEST swag!
• Indians Tickets: enjoy an evening on the field for 2!
• $100 Visa Gift Card

Purchase at the event and choose which prize you'd like your ticket to go for! Purchase online and simply write in the "notes" section how many entires you would like for which items! (example: on a purchase of 5 raffle tickets you could write "3 Fest, 1 Indians, 1 Visa" and we will make sure your entires are properly distributed.) Then, on July 23rd, watch our Facebook Page at 8:30pm for a live drawing! *you will also be notified via email if you win*
