Welcome back to the overnight retreat!
The ITE Project is SO EXCITED to be offering an overnight retreat for the first time in years.
Join us on an overnight retreat as we build community, share meals, deepen our faith, learn from our priests, receive the Sacraments, and more. The retreat will be centered around Isaiah 43: 1-7.
ITE retreats are specifically built with the individual and the community in mind. There will be structure to the retreat like talks and meals, but there will also be optional activities for you to choose from as well as time that is unstructured for you to spend as you are called like swimming, hiking, or sleeping. This means time for personal growth and time to grow with friends old and new.
What's New This Year
- There are several ticket options available, including shared rooms, private rooms, and a daytime pass.
- Because the retreat is in a hotel, regular hotel amenities are included (pool time, anyone?)
- High quality, catered meals provided. Dietary restrictions can be honored.
- ITE retreats always include options-- like a choose-your-own-adventure approach. This means that there will be lots of time for personal reflection, social activities like hiking and board games, as well as "downtime" built into the retreat schedule. This is NOT the retreat where you will constantly move through activities. Instead, you will do what you are called to do by our Blessed Lord.

Father Mark Ott, Father Eric Garris, Father Matthew Jordan, Father Patrick Schultz, and Father Jacob Bearer will join us for talks and Mass during retreat weekend. We are incredibly excited and honored to have each one of them join us at our fall retreat "Called" this year!

One Night Stay, Share the Room
This ticket includes an overnight stay at the hotel lodging in a hotel room with two double beds. You can choose your roommate if signing up together, or we will assign you one. If purchasing as a married couple, please purchase 2 Share the Room tickets and let us know your names in the details section. We will reserve a King Room (if available) for you. This ticket allows you access to the retreat, a Welcome Package, four meals, snacks, talks and Sacraments.

This ticket is for a single, private hotel room for one overnight stay. This ticket allows you access to the retreat, a Welcome Package, four meals, snacks, talks and Sacraments.

This ticket allows you access to the retreat, a Welcome Package, three meals, snacks, talks and Sacraments. (No overnight room included.) You must commute and will not have the benefit the hotel amneties per hotel policy. You will need to provide your breakfast on Sunday (the hotel is including vouchers in the rooms for the breakfast offered by the hotel.)
