Game On: A Fundraiser for The ITE Project

Join The ITE Project for a night of community, laughter and support!

This event is one of our summer favorites and this year we want everybody under the pavilion! Join us for a delightful outdoor picnic with smoked meats, picnic sides, good drinks, and great memories! There will be lots of different lawn games to enjoy like Spikeball, Volleyball, Giant Jenga, and more!

There will be a cornhole tournament with a 50/50 split for the winning team! Cornhole tickets are $5 per player. Come as a single and be paired up with a new friend or come with a friend and get ready to bring it! From the pot, 50% of the winnings will be given to The ITE Project and 50% of the winnings will be given to the winning team. You do not need to participate in the cornhole tournament in order to come to the fundraiser. The tournament is an extra activity.

Other extra activities include a Raffle with super prizes (Guardians tickets, anyone?), a 50/50 raffle, and a bingo tournament with a special guest caller!

• The 50/50 raffle tickets are available both online AND at the event for $20 per ticket. If you are unable to make it to Game On you can still purchase 50/50 raffle tickets online (50/50 raffle online sales close at midnight on July 20th). 
• Raffle tickets with super prizes are available for purchase at the event ONLY for $5 per ticket or $20 for 6 tickets. Purchase these raffle tickets at the event and choose which prize you'd like your ticket to go for! Winners will be announced at the event. We have some awesome super prize options including a night with Shakespeare at Stan Hywet, a free fall ITE retreat, Guardians tickets, and a wall Rosary just to name a few!

Event ticket INCLUDES entry, dinner (smoked meats, picnic-style sides, lemonade, teas, and waters) as well as all of the lawn games. There will be an opportunity to purchase tickets for alcoholic drinks ($5/drink), the cornhole tournament, the raffles, and the bingo tournament. Please refer to the Tickets section below for the different price options available for event tickets.

There is truly something for everyone at this event! Everyone is invited! This is the event where singles hang out, young families play, and our older friends sit a spell.  We look forward to seeing everyone there!

There will be a family friendly section with kid games, glow sticks, and face painting. All kid activities are free.

THIS EVENT WILL BE HOSTED RAIN OR SHINE. We are renting event tents in case of rain.

All proceeds benefit the mission of The ITE Project: To serve Catholic young adults and give them an opportunity to encounter Christ in the sacraments, service, and community. So when you buy a ticket to this great evening, you're already keeping the mission going!

***Please note: This is our annual fundraiser. There will not be a gala this winter season. (But we look forward to inviting you to our 10th birthday party next year!)***
