Game On Picnic Fundraiser

Join The ITE Project for a night of community focused on supporting future events!

The Game On Summer Picnic is a perennial favorite and this year we want everybody under the pavilion at St. Andrew the Apostle’s! Join us for a delightful outdoor picnic with grilled food, picnic sides, and great memories! The event includes tons of lawn games for the grownups, kid-centric activities for the family, a cornhole tournament, raffles, an outdoor movie, and a few fun surprises!

There will be a cornhole tournament with a $100 prize for the winning team! Cornhole tickets are $15 per player. Come as a single and be paired up with a new friend or come with a friend and get ready to bring it! You do not need to participate in the cornhole tournament in order to come to the fundraiser. The tournament is an extra activity.

There will also be a family friendly section with kid games, glow sticks, and face painting. All activities are free.

Other extra activities include a Raffle with super prizes (Guardians tickets, anyone?) and a 50/50 raffle!

• The 50/50 raffle tickets are available in person at the event for $25 per ticket.  They are also available online until July 10, 2024.
• Raffle tickets with super prizes are available for purchase at the event ONLY for $5 per ticket. Purchase these raffle tickets at the event and choose which prize you'd like your ticket to go for! Winners will be announced at the event. We have some awesome super prize options including Guardians tickets, a free ITE fall retreat, just to name a few!

Event ticket INCLUDES entry, dinner (grilled hotdogs, brats. chili, vegetarian option, picnic-style sides, lemonade, iced tea, and waters) as well as all of the lawn games. BYOB. There will be an opportunity to purchase tickets for the cornhole tournament, raffles, and 50/50 during the event.

Heads up! There will be Vigil Mass at 5:30 p.m. at St. Andrew's prior to the picnic. You are more than welcome to attend Vigil Mass then join us for the picnic or just come straight to the picnic. Either way, we look forward to spending time with you!!

This is the event where singles hang out, young families play, and our older friends sit a spell and everyone enjoys an evening under the stars!

THIS EVENT WILL BE HOSTED RAIN OR SHINE. We are renting event tents in case of rain.

All proceeds benefit the mission of The ITE Project: To serve Catholic young adults and give them an opportunity to encounter Christ in the sacraments, service, and community. So when you buy a ticket to this great evening, you're already keeping the mission going!
